Hey Hikari over here and this would be my application!

1. Personal Information

My name is Zé, male, 16 years old, portuguese.
Currently in high school studying science and technologies.
I'm a good student and am currently finishing my junior year so one more year and it's time for college.
I love my computer, friends, going out at night, the beach, games, music, manga/anime and movies.
I also love to travel and there's not a summer where you won't see me camping at some music summer fest!
I like to think that my sense of humor is great but it turns out that I’m more of a listener when it comes to jokes except for some funny remarks once in a while.
I'm a very friendly person and am always looking forward to meet new and different people.


2. Character Information

All my characters across the previous MMOs I’ve played had Hikari as a surname so I plan to continue the tradition if possible. And for my main I plan to roll either a priest or a spirit master (open for discussion) and then for my secondary a templar (or a priest/SM), perhaps both classes. My choices are based on the fact that a healing class is always necessary in a party setup and well I think it's something that caught on to me from guild wars since I loved monking in PvP. Spirit master would be my second choice for my main, for the sole reason I’m a great admirer of the summoner class in RPG's. The Templar since when it comes to PvP I tend to stick with healing or nuking and tanking would be a way to challenge myself and I could always change play styles in case I got bored.

3. Where did you hear about us?

I first heard about Semper Dius from aionsource.com, found you guys on the list of legions and then read your recruitment thread.

4. Why do you wish to join Semper Dius?

Well I am looking for an active guild who strives for the best, having a great laugh along the way. From my experience extreme hardcore guilds tend to have too much drama going on and I want to be able to enjoy myself to the fullest and being in a friendly community is a great deal to me.
I also want to be in a guild who aims for the top, if we get there or not we'll see, but I think ambition plays an important role in the battlefield.

5. What do you feel you can contribute to Semper Dius?

Well I know I’m not half as experienced as most players out there, but I hope I can give all I’ve got to Semper Dius. I'm a very active player and always looking forward to help. I also enjoy PvP as much as I enjoy PvE so I think I can help out in various scenarios.

6. What previous experience do you have within a guild environment?

I feel comfortable in guilds where we develop a sense of comradeship and we can enjoy ourselves. I hope to find a guild where there will be moments when we have a great laugh and moments where we rejoice for our success.
I've previously left many hardcore guilds simply because there was way too much drama going on. Ragequit is something that greatly upsets me and a sore loser even worst, if you can't learn something out of your losses you can't hope to achieve victory.

7. What previous experience do you have within MMORPG's?

I think my most relevant MMORPG's experience lies with Guild Wars, apart from it I haven't played that many... I’ve tried WOW before and many others f2p but GW left a profound impact on me, from the challenging high end PvE to the fast paced PvP I loved it all.

What achievement stands out the most?
Apart from being on top 100 on the GvG ladder with one of my first guilds (my other guilds were stuck to the top 700 for some reason xD ), apart from my glad title some money and some lovely golds there's not much to add up in here.

8. Play time

As soon as I arrive home from school (around 7pm GMT most of the time, but twice a week I log in around 14pm) I turn on my computer and log in, and stick around until midnight (sometimes up to 2 am), if I have an exam or a big test coming up I won't log in the day before or two days before the test, for obvious reasons I think. x)
On the weekends you will find me online all day long, unless I’m attending a party or going to the movies or something like that.

Yes I have a headset.

11. Do you consider yourself as a Casual/Mediocore/Semi-Hardcore or Hardcore player?

I consider myself a Medio/Semi-Hardcore kind of player.

12. Are you in another clan/guild/legion at the moment?

No.

13. Are you applying to any other Aion guilds at the moment?

The thought did cross my mind and ended up joining one forum, but after reading their description (should have read it in the first place) I saw they were not what I was looking for, too hardcore for me and didn't even got to post anything.

14. Additional information

I'm looking forward to the closed-beta and hope to be able to join (applied for 5 different competitions and still waiting for pre-order to be available in portugal since I’m not allowed to order it online).
I don't know if my age is going to be a serious problem but at least I’m being honest about it and I do consider myself quiet mature if that’s worth anything in my defense…

Hi there Hikari, and welcome to the forums.

Considering I know absolutely nothing about the competitive side of Guild Wars, I will let Haldir take the reins for this one and he'll no doubt grill you as to what you achieved etc.

For now, I can say that due to your well written and punctuated application, you get major plus points from me. I doubt your age will be an issue, as you've demonstrated maturity in the application itself. I feel you would fit in nicely to our community.
